We undertake contracts ranging from adding an upper storey to a existing house to building a large house from the ground up.  We will work with your architect, or we can recommend one if you do not have one.

Dave Edwards Construction works with traditional brick-and-mortar construction, concrete elements and structures, as well as the timber frame technique in vogue in North America.  Few builders are able to offer such all-round expertise across techniques.  Since we work across the whole range we manage things to form a harmonious whole, which gives your architect the maximum flexibility when it comes to structural elements, techniques and quality finishes.
